Just in time for Christmas! Irving parks department has completed work on the long awaited kayak launch at Trinity View Park in Irving.  Trinity Coalition has been advocating for this launch since the plans were put in place for a hike/bike trail through the park as part of the discovery trail. This launch finaly breaks up the 24 mile stretch between the River Legacy launch in Arlington and the Trammell Crow launch in Dallas.  Special thanks to Gene Moulden the Planning Manager with the City of Irving Capital Improvement Program.

Trinity View Park is at 2221 E. State Hwy 356, Irving, TX 75060. The launch is located at the southeast edge of the park on the river;s edge but very close to parking. There is a small gate at the top of the launch ramp to keep small children from accidentaly going down the ramp to the river.
